• Shipping details: your postal address, only when you order physical products.
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

• Create and deliver your star registration and certificate.
• Process payment and send order confirmations.
• Respond to support requests.
• Send occasional updates about our products — only if you opt in.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the business — Stripe for payments, and shipping carriers when you order physical goods.

Star names and dedications may appear in our public registry lookup. If you prefer a private registration, contact us and we will exclude your entry from public search results.

We use a minimal set of cookies for site functionality (such as remembering your checkout progress) and anonymous analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work as expected.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet legal obligations. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailingprivacy@thestarregistry.com.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13.
